Gwendolyn M. Brown, Tax Representative
A former North Carolina Department of Revenue employee, Gwendolyn utilizes 25 years experience with the tax collection division to assist those within the private sector, aiding clients in the resolution of tax matters pertaining to wage garnishment, bank garnishment, offers, non-filer returns and the establishment of payment plans. With the majority of her work focused on state cases, she enjoys the teamwork and commitment of Murray Moyer Law Firm in obtaining fair resolutions to clients’ tax collection matters.

Sandra A. Hardison, Staff Accountant
Sandra’s background includes the preparation of various year-end tax returns, as well as other year-end documents and financial statements and corresponding with various tax agencies as needed. She has worked in public accounting for many years focused on management advisory services, tax preparation and tax research in Florida and North Carolina.
Sandra graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Outside of the office, Sandra is active with her church and family.

Velvet Kilburn, Bookkeeper
Velvet has worked in accounting for 30+ years after earning a degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College with most of those being a CPA firm associate. Velvet is highly proficient in the bookkeeping for many different industries and businesses. Velvet earned her Certified Bookkeeper credentials in 2004 with the American Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
Velvet is married with 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren, 6 chickens, 1 dog and 3 cats and enjoys outdoor activities in her spare time.

Patricia (Trish) Mueller, C.P.A., Tax Director
Patricia (Trish), a Raleigh native, has worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in private practice in the area since 1999. She draws upon years of experience in tax preparation and consulting on topics such as tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses, mergers and acquisitions, buy sell agreements and estate planning. Trish and Chris, her husband of 30 years, share two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family on her porch when resting from long walks, CrossFit and Burn workouts.
